A dream from start to finish cannot recommend vivek and his team enough. Made me feel so at ease and the aftercare was fantastic checked up on me via phone call & email. One of my stitches didn’t fall out on its own and Elanic seen my straight away to remove this for me & checked up on me 3 days later. Sooooo happy with results I am in love

The proceedure (sclerotherapy) was fairly painless. Non-invasive and exceeded my expectations. I've had varicose veins for a long time and was worried about potential pain but was pleasantly surprised how easy it all was.

I'd been extremely self aware of the poor condition of the skin around my eyelids over the years but remained extremely nervous about surgery. Vivek has allayed my fears and though it less than 24 hours after surgery I feel confident that there are already visible signs of improvement. The team were so attentive and reassuring. I was very happy with the minute I walked through the door on the day of my consultation, Adam had went through everything possible with me leaving me with no questions to be asked he covered that much . The day of my surgery I’m sure it was Kimberly she was amazing with me so chatty and smiley and when I mentioned I was nervous she reassured me everything was going to be okay , I felt so so comfortable and in very safe hands . When I woke up I was offered food tea / coffee and giving fluids . I really couldn’t fault or have a bad word to say what so ever on my experience . I am now in recovery and doing well so far & look forward to going back on Tuesday 30th at 1030am and hoping my healing is going well . I was back for my 3 month check up and as usual everyone from front desk staff to Chloe to Vivek were all so happy and kind. Always a pleasure a go back and see everyone..

Keith was so understanding and in this case since I was so anxious after hearing all the possible risks we agreed I’d go away and reflect have a think about it and should I go ahead at a later date to ask for one of his 4.30 appointments so I am taken straight away and he would just get on with the treatment with no delays so I don’t have time to get myself so worked up .Thank him again as I really appreciated his guidance and patience with me , hopefully get back in a couple of months after my holiday . I am delighted with my treatment, my results and my care! Kimberly was beyond amazing, she totally calmed my nerves prior and then helped so much post op by making me comfortable, getting my medicine to control the pain, made me the best cup of tea ever and then she even got me dressed as well as chatting away to distract me from the pain until the medicine got into my system. 10/10 she was an angel! My surgeon calm my nerves before hand, he was so kind and has done better than I ever imagined!! I cannot thank him enough!!

The team were lovely with me from the very beginning. The reception staff were very informative and the nurses and the anaesthetist were helpful and very reassuring throughout my procedure at the beginning from what I can remember as I was asleep very fast. Upon wakening the nurse was fantastic and did not leave my side and made sure I was comfortable and assisted me with a cuppa tea and a snack. she was very friendly and helpful with assisting me to the toilet as well as reassuring me with any concerns. My surgeon Vivek was very informative from my consultation I had questions written down that I didn’t need to use as he covered everything within the time. On surgery day he was very professional and friendly and each member of staff that had assisted me within my procedure came to check in on me after I was awake which I found very person centred! I will defo be using Elainc in the future.

I am amazed how advanced Elanic clinic is, I had my surgery and got home on the same day. I actually walked out after my Tummy tuck. My pain was minimum, I was back at work 9 days later. The work of this surgeon is remarkable. My scar is so low sits where my originalc-section scar was. My belly button is centred and positioned perfectly. I went abroad fir other surgeries but I am so glad I have found my clinic just in my home town. The care and expertise from the whole team is outstanding.

I was really nervous before my consultation to the point I felt sick. Within 5mins of sitting down my anxiety disappeared. I was given lots of information about my surgery what to expect/risks/recovery. I really appreciated that my health was number one priority over anything eles. This was my 3rd consultation as been looking for the correct company and surgeon who suited my needs and I to have that connection when i meet people. After my consultation i was very reassured and confident about going on and making plans about my life changing surgery. My mind was made 100% after spending time with Vivek and his team. The energy was good and i look forward to starting my journey with them.

The reception staff were extremely knowledgeable and reassuring. They were able to talk at length about other procedures they offer at the clinic when I enquired. I had a lovely experience from start to finish and I can’t say how lovely the nurses were with me after particularly when I wasn’t feeling to great! The fire alarm had also went off whilst I was feeling faint the lovely nurse Kimberly reassured me and really made me feel at ease, she also explained in great detail the medication we had been giving and side affects as well as after care.
I had complete faith in my surgeon as he was recommended to me by friends who had procedures with him at Elanic. When I met him I felt at ease, he was warm, friendly and answered all my questions. I never once felt that I was under any pressure to book the surgery and I booked my surgery that same day.
This was my second procedure with Vivek and I felt completely at ease and comfortable. Everything from start to finish was explained thoroughly and everyone makes you feel so welcome and safe! Would recommend to anyone and everyone - Elanic!!
From my initial consultation with Vivek and the nursing team in Glasgow I felt completely confident and surprisingly at ease with my procedure. I thought I would have felt alot more nervous but I think the friendly nature and how informed the staff were helped massively with my nerves. The post operation staff have been exceptional also.

I thought the team at Elanic were brilliant. I especially loved the time Dr Adam Gilmour took to discuss everything with me. I have seen other doctors in the past about a breast reduction but Dr Gilmour was the only one to take measurements and discuss my surgical options totally bespoke to me and my body. While I did find the initial discussion upsetting due to the risks of the surgery that was not Dr Gilmour’s fault as he did his job wonderfully. I would like to come back to the clinic in the future when I am ready for surgery. I could not recommend the service enough and the time and care taken by all the staff.

I first looked into surgery around 7 years ago and was extremely put off by another clinic/surgeon, a friend suggested Elanic after visiting for mole removal. From the first telephone call I felt instantly at ease and positive about the whole experience. I met with Vivek for my initial consultation, he was very friendly and informative, he answered all questions and concerns and I knew he was the surgeon for me! I booked my surgery the very following day! On the day everything ran smoothly, the nursing staff and everyone in the theatre were so lovely, although I was super nervous they helped put me at ease! The aftercare (specifically my appointments with my nurse Tracey) was amazing, felt in such safe hands the whole way through the process. I'm so happy with my results, Vivek has done an amazing job and I can't thank him and all the team enough for helping me finally be confident in my own body!

I had Kimberley as my nurse who made the experience a lot easier and another nurse who I didn’t get the name of that helped me with my tube socks.
