Discover the Nose That’s Right for You

The nose is one of the most important features on a person’s face, and altering the shape of your nose can transform the way you look in a dramatically positive way. For this reason, the nose job is one of the most satisfying procedures we carry out, and our team of dedicated surgeons has earned a reputation for creating exemplary results that surpass our patients’ expectations.

Rhinoplasty can have a profound effect on the overall symmetry and look of your face. Whether you’re interested in smoothing out a bump, making the tip of your nose smaller, or undergoing another type of change, our specialist facial surgeons are extensively trained in all areas, bringing multiple years’ experience to the table. How Can Rhinoplasty Help Me?

This procedure is a highly popular one, given its versatile nature: In addition to correcting cosmetic issues and enabling you to enjoy a nose that better complements your overall sense of facial harmony, rhinoplasty can also address a number of functional issues and give you the opportunity to breathe a bit more clearly. Our rhinoplasty procedure can be used to:

  • Change the overall size of the nose
  • Adjust the tip or bridge
  • Correct an injury or birth defect
  • Address problems with your breathing
  • Narrow your nostril width

Your Rhinoplasty Surgery

Before your procedure, your expert surgeon will get to know the physical characteristics of your face, and will work with you to explore your possibilities. Based on your goals—whether they’re cosmetic, function, or both—we will craft a treatment plan that sees us creating your ideal results. You’ll get to know everything there is about the surgery itself, and our surgeon will explain their technique to you in detail, so you can enjoy total peace of mind as you look forward to your ultimate results.

Rhinoplasty can be performed under a general or local anaesthetic, which will be chosen according to the specifics of your procedure. The specifics of the technique used will, of course, depend on the nature of your goals. Our surgeons will make every effort to ensure that any scarring that remains will be easily hidden, usually on the inside of your nose where it is not at all visible. After your surgery, you’ll be able to recover in the comfort of your home, though you will need someone to drive you.

Recovery After Your Rhinoplasty Procedure

As your rhinoplasty surgery is completed, a splint or packing will be placed inside your nose to support and protect the structures of your nose during the healing period. You’ll experience a fair amount of swelling in the days following your operation, and it can take up to a year for you to see the final results of your surgery.

Your nose will continue to change as the swelling subsides throughout your recovery process, though many of our patients are delighted with their results straight away. We recommend that you look to take at least a week off from work or any strenuous activities and give yourself at least a fortnight to recover from the procedure.

Before your surgery, you’ll get detailed aftercare instructions from your surgeon, and we’ll schedule follow-up appointments to ensure that you’re healing properly. Our goal is to guide you through every step of the process, so you’ll have on-call access to our nursing staff twenty-four hours a day as you get ready to enjoy your results.
