Ingredients needed:

  • 2 cups of Spinach (fresh)

  • 1 cup of Coconut Milk

  • 1 cup of Water

  • 2 tablespoons of Coconut Flakes (these are optional – unsweetened is best)

  • 3 cups of fresh Pineapple

 

  1. Blend all ingredients together (except the pineapple) until the mix is smooth

  2. Then, add the pineapple and continue to blend until smooth again.

It is advisable to use at least one frozen fruit to make the Piña Colada smoothie cold if you want to drink it immediately. If not, simply refrigerate in the meantime. SO DELICIOUS!

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  1. Blend the spinach and the coconut milk until the mixture is smooth.

  2. Then, add the remaining ingredients and continue to blend until it’s smooth.

It is advised to use frozen fruits in order to make sure the drink is cold – if you do not have frozen fruits available, simply refrigerate until needed.
