Most fine facial wrinkles are well treated using BOTOX and facial fillers but in some cases more sever wrinkling may be better treated with a laser resurfacing procedure.
This involves removing the top layer of the skin and allowing the new skin to re-grow. As the new skin re-grows it tightens, leaving a fresher more youthful appearance.
